F.A.Q.

We can certainly make a custom order for you. Please send us a picture you want us to use. Then please place an order for any clock we have and leave a short note regarding the custom order. Then we will need around 1-2 working days to develop the design. After that we’ll send it to you for your review (to your main e-mail address, not paypal address). Once the design is approved by you, we will need a few more days to make the clock and send it to you.
Custom orders are at the same regular price as any other clock.
The shipping usually takes around 10-21 working days. Tracking number is provided via e-mail to you.
Please let us know about that and we will either issue you a refund or send new clock free of charge. Please attach pictures if possible.
We can certainly send the clock to someone else’s address. Please provide it via private note or e-mail right after you place the order.
Sure, it’s absolutely possible. As we don’t charge anything additional for custom orders, you can simply place the order for any clock and put a short private note about what you want to change. We’ll take it into account while making the clock. Then we’ll need 1-2 days to develop the design and approve it with you. Soon as you receive the sketch via e-mail, you can apply as many changes as needed till we make the exact clock you would like to have.

Our standard express shipping option is DHL and the price is indicated on the check-out page. DHL delivers your package within 5 working days. There is also EMS option available, which is a bit cheaper, but it takes 3-7 days for them to deliver your package. Please let us know if you need EMS via e-mail.
We sent the items via Ukrposhta regular post service, so you can track the item on their web-page before it leaves Ukraine.Tracking number may appear on Ukrposhta service in few days after shipping. Then you should be able to see the updates on your national post’s service tracking web-page. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the work of any post services.
We need around 5 working days to make the clock. In case of a custom order it may be more. Right after that the package is being sent to you.
Sometimes due to unknown issues on-line tracking systems don’t display the status of your tracking number. Please contact your local post office to find out more info regarding the status of your package.
